Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK is £5.75 for next day delivery. If you want delivery to
the highlands, islands or outside the UK please ring our customer services department
on 01642 610210 or alternatively continue through the checkout and we will email
you your delivery charge, you can then confirm or decline the order.
We will email you to inform you that your order has been dispatched and inform you
of the day that delivery is expected. Included in the email will be a parcel tracking
number to help you track your parcel.
Delivery for most items is by a secure courier network. Items dispatched by this
method need to be signed for upon delivery and cannot be left without a signature.
In the event of no one being available to sign the parcel will be taken to the nearest
parcel force depot or post office for you to arrange delivery or collection.
Alternative Delivery Address
We can arrange for your goods to be delivered to an address different to you billing
address if required. To take advantage of this service please complete the alternative
delivery address section when ordering.
