Returns Policy
Any returned items must be returned complete, unused, in original packaging and
in a re-saleable condition. Items can only be returned with a valid "Returns
Number" which our customer services department will issue to you. All items
returned must be returned at the customer’s expense. We would advise you to use
a secure carrier service such as parcel2go.com and take the appropriate insurance
for you parcel.
Returned items cannot be accepted without a valid "Returns Number".
Unfortunately we cannot accept return on goods manufactured, printed or otherwise
modified such as bespoke printed items including banners, printed balloons and T-shirts.
