How can I place my order?
Orders can be placed on our secure online ordering system. All credit and debit
payments are processed by one of the leading secure online payment handlers SECPAY,
at Party Heaven we do not see your credit card details.

How can I pay for my order?
At Party Heaven we accept credit and debit card payments along with paypal.
If I place an order how will you deliver it?
Most orders are delivered to the UK mainland by secure carrier on a next working
day service orders delivered by secure carrier, a signature is required upon delivery.
Very small orders may be delivered via Royal Mail. Bulk orders or very large items
may be delivered by specialist carrier.
I want to place an order but work during the day – how can it be delivered?
If you would like your order delivered to an alternative address please enter the
details when you place your order. We can deliver you order to you work address,
neighbour or other location if required. However Party Heaven can take no responsibility
for the good once they have been delivered.
How can Party Heaven offer such low prices?
At Party Heaven we can offer such low prices on party products and decoration items
because we buy in bulk and minimise our operating costs, passing those savings onto
our customers. However we do not compromise on the quality of our products.
Do you hold products in stock?
Yes we do! At Party Heaven we have our own huge warehouse, at any one time we have
sufficient stock to fill 50 articulated trucks!
I’m wanting to order for my business is that ok?
Yes it certainly is. At party Heaven we supply decorations, party products and novelty
items to all kinds of business as well as party organisers and house holders. We
supply hotels, shops, leisure centres, restaurants and many other types of business
throughout the UK and beyond.
I have a business and want to reclaim the VAT?
No problem, we you place on order online you will be able to print off you own tax
/ vat invoice quoting our VAT number.
Do you allow personal callers?
Unfortunately we do not. We supply our goods at wholesale prices to customers throughout
the country from our distribution warehouse, unfortunately we do not have physical
showroom facilities.
I am a professional events organiser or party retailer – can I buy wholesale?
Yes Party Heaven Wholesale is available to traders. Please email wholesale@partyheaven.co.uk with your order requirements and we can arrange for wholesale account facilities
to be set up for you.
I live Outside the UK can I still place an order?
Yes you can – however an additional shipping charge will be required. Please call
